Balfour (above) Is One Of Eight Members Of The Kootenay Golf Trail
Together with several of the major accommodators in the region the eight courses that make up the Kootenay Golf Trail have created a Golf Trail Passport.

Stamps on the passport add up to prizes and opportunities for free golf and free stays, as well as golf balls, hats and other goodies.

Balfour, Creston, Castlegar, Christina Lake, Granite Pointe, Kokanee Springs, Redstone and Rossland-Trail have collectively hosted more than 20 provincial championships and hundreds of thousands of satisfied golfers. With the towering mountain ranges, shimmering lakes and pristine valleys of the south eastern corner of British Columbia, there is no doubt that a trip along this golf trail will guarantee a memorable and affordable golf experience.

The Golf Passport Rewards Program they are offering is just icing on the cake. Just for registering, you will automatically be entered in 3 prize draws to win a 2 day /1 night Kootenay Golf Vacation.

How The Passport Works...
• Get your passport stamped at each golf course and start collecting your rewards.
• Collect 4 stamps and receive a free sleeve of Kootenay Golf Trail logo balls from the 4th course you play.
• Collect all 8 stamps throughout the 2008 and 2009 golf season and they will send you a Kootenay Golf Trail logo hat and a voucher for a complimentary round of golf valid for play at any of the participating courses.

PLUS: Once you’ve played all 8 courses and mailed in your passport, you will automatically receive a voucher entitling you to one free night of accommodation (based upon double occupancy) and one 18 hole round of golf, to be used on your next 2 night / 3 day Kootenay Golf Trail vacation (certain conditions apply).

Visit www.kootenaygolftrail.com for more information and pick up a Passport at any of the participating eight golf courses.
