Don’t get intimidated by the name of this exercise. It’s basically just a single-leg balance exercise where you bend forward and reach. The objective is to hinge from the hips while maintaining good posture and good core stability, and control all those rotational forces going through the knee that you tend to lose control of when you pick one leg up.
