CLEVELAND, Ohio — Lubrizol science, together with FootJoy ingenuity, means golfers can now go from most any setting right to the golf course and then out again afterwards without ever changing their shoes. The new FJ Stratos™ spikeless golf shoe, from the leader in golf shoes, leverages Lubrizol’s advanced material to help provide exceptional traction on and off the course.
An alternative to rubber, ESTANE® TRX TPU from Lubrizol offers superior traction on wet and dry surfaces. The material’s flexibility also helps ensure the successful molding of FootJoy’s patented revolutionary anti-channeling tread pattern, which is engineered to provide total traction coverage. There are multiple ESTANE TPUs of different hardness levels in the VersaTrax+ outsole, including the variants utilized by FootJoy, for superior traction.
