HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Florida — There’s no better way to end the summer than with unlimited golf at Mission Inn Resort & Club in Howey-in-the-Hills just 35 minutes northwest of Orlando. And that’s just part of the “Unlimited Golf Package,” which starts at US$189 per person, per night only from August 29 to September 5, 2019. In addition to all the golf guests can play they’ll receive a US$50 per person, per night resort credit good toward food, beverage, or merchandise.
Mission Inn is offering two other Labor Deal deals: The Golf Getaway package, priced at US$119++ per person, per night, includes one round of golf per day. It and the Unlimited Golf Getaway require a two-night minimum stay.
For those for whom even a round of golf is too much work, the Bed & Breakfast package, at US$159 ++ per room, per night, includes the room and breakfast buffet with no minimum stay. Taxes and resort fee apply on all packages.
Golfers have two outstanding golf courses to choose from. Opened in 1917, El Campeón (The Champion) offers a classic design accentuating the landscape’s 85-foot elevation changes that are unique to the central Florida region. Las Colinas (The Hills), which opened in 1992, lives up to its name with wide fairways rolling over gentle rises and features water hazards on many holes, with large, undulating greens surrounded by tropical vegetation. New this month is a third golf option—El Dorado, an 18-hole short course that features 14 par-3 holes and four par-4 holes, built within the Las Colinas layout.
