Abbotsford, BC (May 5, 2017) - The Canadian Junior Golf Association (CJGA) will be playing this weekend in Abbotsford, BC at Ledgeview Golf Club. Ledgeview is the home of former CJGA players and PGA Tour winners Nick Taylor and Adam Hadwin. Juniors will be playing this weekend for a chance to represent Team West at the Delaet Cup in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan from June 13-15.

Ledgeview Golf Club nestles high above the city of Abbotsford which will give players very picturesque views while they compete. The greens and fairways at Ledgeview are the highest of quality and will challenge the juniors to shoot low rounds. Several of the holes require players to hit off of tough side hill lies. With unique hole locations, juniors will be faced with many high-risk, high-reward situations while playing Ledgeview.

The weather forecast predicts for a beautiful weekend of golf in Abbotsford. With the rain getting out of the way before the first round on Saturday, juniors will be playing in partly cloudy fourteen degree weather. Players will face similar weather conditions during their final rounds, as the forecast predicts highs of 17 degrees will cloudy skies.

Along with being a qualifier for Team West in the Delaet Cup, players will also be playing for a chance to represent the CJGA in the Euro Junior Golf Cup in St. Andrews, Scotland. This event is officially ranked by BC Golf and the Junior Golf Scoreboard.
