The 2006 British Open at Royal Liverpool Golf Club, won by Tiger Woods, was played in drought conditions that many North American golfers would find unacceptable.
As we move into the second decade of the 21st century there are many environmental concerns that face the human race if we want to ensure the planet is healthy enough to sustain future generations.  One of the prime concerns is the diminishing amount of fresh water that is available for human consumption.
